If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we offer an exchange or refund depending on the reasons. Contact us if there is a problem with your order!

Be sure to follow the return procedure to make the process quick and easy.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items.

In some situations, partial refunds may be issued, including items with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, open cassettes or vinyl records.

Sale items are only refundable if they are at regular price.


Our refund policy is 14 days. No refunds will be given after this time.

CASE 1: EXCHANGE We only replace defective or damaged items (reported within 14 days).


· To return your product, send an email to our support team (returns by phone are not accepted).

· Our support team will provide the return address (attach the pre-validation email).

SPECIAL CASE: Refund request with PayPal/Stripe Be sure to film the defective product to support your claim. Only PayPal/Stripe is responsible for the decision.

Please remember that any item returned to the wrong address or without a pre-approval email will not be accepted.

To complete your return, provide a receipt or proof of shipping (tracking number). You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be applied automatically.

If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company and then your bank.
