My item still hasn't arrived, is this normal?

If your item hasn't arrived yet and it's been less than a week, just be patient. Your item is on its way.

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to return it to us if the product has not been opened. Simply send us an email, and as soon as we receive your order, we will issue a full refund.

Before making any returns, please contact us at the e-mail address: contact@sameo-shop.com. If you return the package to the sender (our warehouse address) on your own initiative, it will not be taken care of, and we will not be able to refund you.
